【摘要】:TheIEC61970-404HighSpeedDataAccess(HSDA)specificationspecifiesageneralizedinterfaceforefficientexchangeofdata.ThespecificationtakesintoaccountthelatenciescausedbyaLocalAreaNetwork(LAN)providingefficientdataexchangealsooverLocalAreaNetworks.IEC61970-404isderivedfromtheObjectManagementGroup(OMG)DataAcquisitionfromIndustrialSystemssectionDataAccess(DAISDA)specification.OMGDAISDAreliesontheOMGDataAccessFacility(DAF)andOPCDataAccess(DA)specifications.OMGDAISDAisaPlatformSpecificModel(PSM)withCORBAastheplatformandOPCDAisaPSMwithMicrosoftCOMastheplatform.IEC61970-404describesthefunctionalityofthesePSMsinatechnologyindependentway(i.e.,asaPlatformIndependentModel(PIM)).HenceitexplainsthefunctionalitytoalevelthatcanbeusedtocreateadditionalPSMsoractasanintroductiontoexistingPSMs,i.e.DAISDAandOPCDA.ImplementerswantinganintroductiontoOMGDAISDAandOPCDAshallreadthesedocuments.TheHSDAinterfaceisintendedtointeroperatewithotherIEC61970basedinterfaces.Hence,itispossibletouseinformationretrievedfromanotherinterfacetoaccessthesameinformationusingthisinterface,forexample:?objectidentifiers,?attributenamesoridentifiers,?classnamesoridentifiers.Subclause4.6providesagenericmappingfortheCIMclassesandattributes.ThewaydataisorganizedinaserverimplementingtheHSDAinterfacecanbeseenbyusingthebrowseinterfacesfordataandmetadata.Itisalsopossibletousethedataaccessinterfacedirectlywithoutusingthebrowseinterfacesiftheclienthasanaprioriknowledgeofobject,classandattributeidentifiers.Objectidentifiersmayberetrievedusingdatafromotherinterfaces,forexampleaCIMXMLfileortheIEC61970-403interface.InformationonwhatclassesandattributesareavailablewillbedescribedinIEC61970-45Xdocuments,forexampleSCADAdata,StateEstimatorresultsetc.IEC61970-1providestheEMS-APIreferencemodeluponwhichthisstandardisbased.Inthatreferencemodel,theterminologyusedinThispartofIEC61970isintroducedandtheroleoftheCISisexplained.IEC61970-401providesanoverviewandframeworkfortheCIS(IEC61970-4XX)standards.ThemappingofIEC61970-404toimplementationspecifictechnologiesorPSMsisfurtherdescribedinaseparateseriesofdocuments,i.e.thefutureIEC61970-5XX.Foractualimplementations,thefutureIEC61970-5XX,OMGDAISDA,OMGDAForOPCDAareused.
