【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddefinestheconceptualschemaforthedescriptionofspatialreferencingbycoordinates,optionallyextendedtospatio-temporalreferencing.Itdescribestheminimumdatarequiredtodefineone-,two-andthree-dimensionalspatialcoordinatereferencesystemswithanextensiontomergedspatial-temporalreferencesystems.Itallowsadditionaldescriptiveinformationtobeprovided.Italsodescribestheinformationrequiredtochangecoordinatesfromonecoordinatereferencesystemtoanother.InthisInternationalStandard,acoordinatereferencesystemdoesnotchangewithtime.Forcoordinatereferencesystemsdefinedonmovingplatformssuchascars,ships,aircraftandspacecraft,thetransformationtoanEarth-fixedcoordinatereferencesystemcanincludeatimeelement.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoproducersandusersofgeographicinformation.Althoughitisapplicabletodigitalgeographicdata,itsprinciplescanbeextendedtomanyotherformsofgeographicdatasuchasmaps,ch..artsandtextdocuments.Theschemadescribedcanbeappliedtothecombinationofhorizontalpositionwithathirdnon-spatialparameterwhichvariesmonotonicallywithheightordepth.Thisextensiontonon-spatialdataisbeyondthescopeofthisInternationalStandardbutcanbeimplementedthroughprofiles.
